"Great hotel, great staff. The traffic noise from the street on the outside of the building is tough to ignore at night. Very minor issue: the car charger in the garage is for Tesla only, but I was able to find a charger on the street"

"Bar couldn't make pina coladas or margaritas. Very long walk to pool and lobby( it was like a maze)."

"This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe."

"Breakfast was fine...nothing extra. Staff was friendly. Their was marijuana odor evident while walking thru the halls at times."

"Upon entering, there was a noticeable foul smell. The tables were not clean, and we also found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Because of that, we ended up going out to buy disinfecting wipes, air freshener, and even a blanket so we felt comfortable enough to sleep. We honestly turned it into a “make it work” kind of night and still had a good time together, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t choose this location again. "

"Very dissatisfied with the service and visual of the hotel. The front counter person couldn’t find my PAID FOR reservation; it was extremely hot-uncomfortable as soon as you walked in the hotel; it was a nightmare "

"Very quiet room and the hotel seemed quiet too (no drama). The guy that checked me in was awesome and very helpful. Great location. My 1 tiny complaint is the office had a bad smell. Great place!"

"nice place to stay, the rooms should have a microwave in them ,and you only get 1 washcloth when you check in , i stay there about 20 nights a month, i travel alot for business and you can always count on T-Ann she rocks and keep this place going"
