"There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they...

"I loved that my 4 children and I could stay in the same room with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa and we were all comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and we did not feel crowded. Continental Breakfast was actually good! Would come again!"

"Be prepared to bring earplugs to be able to sleep due to the fire station nearby... You'll be treated to the noise of sirens multiple times a night. Was also disappointed to find the hinges on the door to the room loose when we arrived, it was difficult to open and close the door because of this.
