"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. "Great area in downtown Louisville. Restaurants and bars are walking distance. The only thing that bothered me was the smell when entering the room. It smelled like sewer not really sure what it was. But it was only when entering the room."

"Great location downtown. Extremely nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good but also didn’t have as many hot options as other places but it was still good. Although this was a great downtown location. The city itself felt unsafe while we walked a couple blocks to grab dinner. After that we drove. So I would definitely plan to drive or Uber around if you are there with family. Again not the hotels fault. But the city itself. The hotel is in a great downtown location"
