"The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation....

"This hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect and comfy with lots of extra details. We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. I would stay here again and wish this hotel was in every city I visited!"

"Our family loved our stay. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the plumbing. When the folks above us ran their shower the pipes made a loud banging noise that made it hard to sleep. "

"Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! "The place has character and seems to be well taken care of. Breakfast is different and well prepared, but not that filling. Our biggest problem was not getting any hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink tap even after letting the water run for 20 minutes with the knob turned to the max on the right hand side (tried other settings too). And the bnb message about the access code did not arrive “within 48h of check-in” as given in the Expedia description, but just 5 hours before check-in,...
