Great friendly service, amazing villa with good facilities such as a private swing pool and jacuzzi. Good location to explore the Canggu and Seminyak/Kuta area within 30 minutes by car/bike.

I was in room 110. The sliding doors of the room were very tight and not locking/unlocking easily. We always had to call reception to send someone to help us lock the door. Both the vanity sink taps in the room are gushing out water with lot of force and splashing on the person standing infront of it. The staff are very friendly, the place is very neat and tidy, the location of the place is very close to nature and peaceful surroundings.

The villas are absolutely beautiful, perfect for couples. Location is lovely, nice and quiet and away from the main tourist areas but close enough for easy venturing into town. Meals are well made and breakfast is very very nice. Staff are always welcoming and always smiling, highly recommended this place.

設備が若干古さを感じる部分もありますが、プライベートプール付きで広いヴィラがこの価格で宿泊できるのは驚きでした。 スタッフも親切でVilla内では快適に過ごせました。 立地が少し不便なところなのですが、夜は静かで良かったです。 朝食はメニューから選択する形式で美味しかったのですが、何故かパンだけがいまいちなのが残念でした。

Management, service, and villa were great! Quiet with great scenery. The only problem was not being able to use the Grab service for pick up in the area, so you’d need to pay the extra costs for a taxi. Otherwise, the Villa’s shuttle service to Seminyak was helpful.

Private villa but need a lot of cleaning

The room is not as clean and new as advertised. Please see my pictures. It’s a filthy room that we got. Service was good but not excellent. If you tell them you need breakfast at 10.30 they always comes in 15-20 mins earlier and if you are still sleeping they keep on going on and on room service. Plus side is it’s a private villa and very private and you have a mini swimming pool. But it needs a lot of up keeping.

Lovely people very nice villas. We were a bit unlucly to have construction work close to our villa (out of hotel), managememt was so kind to offer replacement, and they even reached out to construction workers. As apolology, we were gifted free spa sessions. The villa was standalone very nice, private and top quality. Totally recommended.

Peaceful and beautiful

Really beautiful property and very quiet. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to local shops and restaurants but that really didn’t bother us. The villas are beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Whatever they wash their linens in smells amazing!!

房間很大.服務員很細心的跟我們說房間的用品放在那裡.很舒適！在訂房的時候問說能不能裝飾一下房間.他們沒回什麼.但到達後有看到他們報置了.滿驚喜的！但是不好的點是到了晚上被蚊子一直叮.無法安睡.他們有蚊香.但只在外面使用.在房間裡很多地方都會跑蚊子進來.就算噴了防蚊液也沒用.

プール付きのヴィラでゆっくりするには良かったですが、個人で出かけるには街から少し離れたロケーションでした。 設備は洗面とお風呂の水はけが悪く、コンセントの数が少なかったり、不便に感じることもありました。 朝食は美味しかったのと、スタッフの方々の対応が温かかったのでそのお陰で楽しむことができました！

We really loved our Villa here at the Lokha, as well as all the wonderful staff. What we didn’t like (and didn’t quite realise when we booked) that it’s not in the heart of anyway and consequently you have to catch the shuttle every day. Also there isn’t any taxis out that way either so you either had to book or wait for the shuttle. As far as the resort and villa goes though it was beautiful

Beautiful Villas, quiet area but close to action

Beautiful Villas. Great location perfectly between Seminyak and Canggu, but neither are in walking distance. Infact there is nothing outside the villas within walking distance. You need a ride, either car or scooter which is fine, cheap, quick and easy to arrange. There was an issue while I was there, No wifi for a couple days. I understand this can happen to anyone at any time, but it was incredibly inconvenient for me (choosing restaurants and planning the day without wifi is tough)

Best stay in Bali!

Was an awesome wonderful stay at Lokha Umala! Service was very good and personnel very warmfull. The also arranged nice things for my wife her birthday. Breakfast was very good. Best of all my stays in all different places in Indonesia. If I come back to Bali I would definitely comeback to Lokha villa. Also very clean villa.

Fabulous stay

Stay in the villa with my boyfriend to celebrate his 40 birthday. Enjoyed every second of our visit here. Big welcome greeting from the villa staff by picking us from airport. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, food was fabulous and yummy, and the service was the best service. Thanks for the birthday cake and such a big surprise for me and my hobby. I had really quiet and relaxing week at this resort. Highly recommended to anybody who wanna visit Bali.

Absolutely Amazing First class very friendly A++++

Our stay was amazing the villa was beautifull, very private and romantic. The staff were fantastic very out going and friendly they definitely made our holiday something to remember. One of the staff even lending and teaching to ride his motor bike. The facilities and property are very nice and relaxing, it was great being pampered. Could not fault this place. If your looking for some where peacefull, relaxing and with friendly service I would definitely recommend this place as we look forward to returning some day.

Bad Experience

Bad experience. Bitten by bed bugs and mosquitoes during our stay.Dining area is full of house flies. Private pool is dirty and the toilet bowl doesn't flush completely too. Difficult to get meter cab too.
