"The breakfast was decently good on the app Expedia is said check in time was 3 but when arriving to the hotel they said it was 4. We got there about 2:40 and had to wait, when 4 o’clock hit the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t able to check in until 4:20-30"

"This place is awesome. I asked for a dozen red roses to be in our room for our anniversary and they not only did the roses but added a bottle of champagne and cheesecake. The staff is wonderful and really cares about it's patrons. You gotta check out the Tin Lizzie lounge as well. It's badass. Do yourself a favor and go with "dealers choice" for a drink. You won't be disappointed. Bottom line, if your on the fence about going to this hotel, just do it. You won't be disappointed"

"Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing.
