"My second time staying here. Rooms are very nice! Very comfortable and spacious. Very nicely decorated and every room varies in decor. Bathroom and shower is larger than most hotels and has heated tile floor. Love all the art and decorating of the hotel. The free candy and coffee is a nice treat. "Me and my partner were super excited even before we arrived at CitizenM in Seattle. The room was perfectly as described and pictured; clean, modern, and cozy! The staffs were super helpful at the self check-in. The hotel was right in downtown Seattle, with lots of places to explore. The experience here was spectacular and we would definitely book here again the next time we visit!"

"This is a modern hotel with very clean rooms. Its location in Seattle is a huge plus—there is a QFC supermarket just a short walk away with a great selection of fresh, ready-to-eat food. We really appreciated having an in-room microwave to heat up our meals, which made our stay very convenient. The breakfast was nice, and they even prepared to-go bags at the front desk for guests in a rush to head out. "Our stay was great, good hot breakfast, very clean, good size walk in shower. Our room had a dishwasher, fridge, and a 2 burner stove top. Housekeeping are very friendly and quick to attend to what we needed. The night clerk staff 2 ladies were not welcoming. That needs improvement. The morning clerks were friendly. "
