"Overall very happy with our one-night stay. We booked because our cruise to Alaska was leaving the next day and the staff was very helpful. They let us store the luggage for couple of hours after check-out and the cruise port was just $12 away by Uber. Recommend for sure! Clean and great location just walk-distance from Space Needle."

The main reason is that the entire staff—and I mean everyone, from the front desk to the housekeepers and security—is always smiling, cheerful, and incredibly kind, and they seem genuinely to enjoy their work. This positive atmosphere is palpable to me and other guests alike, which is why the hotel is always busy! Thank you, as always, for your warm hospitality!"

"Stayed at Element Seattle Redmond while traveling with family and children and would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable from the moment we arrived. There was leftover food from previous guests left in the pantry area, dirty cups with fingerprints, and overall housekeeping was clearly not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. We also discovered empty conditioner dispensers in the shower, which further reflected poor attention to detail. Customer service was equally...

"Truly an incredible hotel with very friendly staff who greet you upon arrival and answer all your questions. Amenities were very clean. Hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurant variety and only about a 5-10 minute walk from Pike Market. Hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby cruise ship port. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience Seattle."

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"
