"The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, elevated and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities. We would highly recommend Radisson the National Brussels. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable stay!"

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"Everything is broke. Only 1 out of 4 elevators. Our AC barely worked. You had to talk to the front desk to get get let out of the parking lot. They charge a premium price for a very mid level hotel. Tiny pillows. The bar/restraunt is the only nice thing."
