"The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature. The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem. Evening staff were excellent. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful. Morning front desk staff were rude."

Check in is easy but establishing a registered car for parking and parking the car and then finding your way back into the hotel are extremely difficult. The rooms are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay again when I go back to Virginia.
