"A lovely hotel. Within reasonable walking to city centre. Rooms were lovely. Only minor issue when arriving at the Spa for a swim we were advised it wasn’t included in the package we bought on Expedia ( no mention of additional cost on the listing ). We did get in after pressing the spa reception but only once. "

"The room was not only spotless, but the whole interior of the hotel was modernized and very cool! The service was outstanding- very professional, helpful, and attentive. Excellent breakfast buffet!"

"The hotel is beautiful! Staff was very kind as well. The shower drain in our room was clogged and it flooded the bathroom. Maintenance was quick to resolve it and the hotel even left a little gift and a letter apologizing for the inconvenience. That was a very nice touch. We had a room on the last floor, it was quiet and the attic vibe with the huge windows is cool. They also offer lockers for the suitcases, which is very helpful. Not to mention that the hotel is super well...

Personnel peu locace mais bon on est dans les pays de l'est, il ne faut pas s'attendre à des gens très expensifs"

"Super recomendo! Ficamos num quarto com banheiro privativo, tudo estava excelente. A localização é incrível, fizemos tudo a pé, do ladinho do New York cafe, market hall e do jewsh quarter. Tem um Mercadinho do lado. Café da manhã muito bom. A vibe do lugar é ótima. "
