"Our stay was such a pleasant experience. My friend and I came to visit Salem. The hotel was a little less expensive, and it suited our needs perfectly. Since there is no reception, everything is conducted online. Once we had the room code, checking in was simple. The room was really nice. We stayed in one of the basement apartments. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a sheet of paper with instructions for anything you might need, supply closet, laundry, contact information etc....

"The house keeping staff fail to refill the body wash. When I get to the room the body wash was almost empty not enough for two people take a shower and no hand soap. After I asked the staff to refill the body wash or provide hand soap they only put a hand soap and never put the body wash. Besides the soap problem I can't complain of the other staff members. The front desk and the breakfast waitress were very attentive and polite 👌"

"Room clean, no chairs or garbage cans. Not able to adjust air conditioner, toilet not workinh.Hptel staff didnt cakk expedia to cancel sobwe had to wait u til motel could find us a room. Because of the toilet issue we were switching rooms at 1030 at night. There was a party in the room next doorand so.eo w was banging on our door. Heated pool was empty."

"Easy to find, nice updated rooms. Large rooms and confortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. Great for the price. Breakfast had no protein to speak of and no ice machine. Overall great sleep for the price point in peak season. "

"The Cabot Lodge is a quaint, adorable, wonderful place to stay! The room itself is tiny but the bathroom is spacious. The room has everything you need, including a sound machine! There are complimentary snacks and coffee, and the bed is very comfortable. The town itself is historic and has some very cool shops. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Super quaint, peaceful, idyllic, historic Inn! Awesome location right in the middle of the Marblehead Historic District. We walked less than 5 min to dinner at The Landing and then to drinks at Maddie’s Sail Loft. Highly recommend! "

"2 night stay. Convenient to commute between Salem and Rockport. Our apartment was 2 bedroom as we travel with our adult son. Its hard to find suites that are not just a pull out sofa in the Livingroom area. We did not use the stove or dishwasher. Best feature was the ability to set the air conditioning down to 60 and actually feel it. The bed mattress was too hard for us, but that is a personal preference. Room cleaning service is by request, but we found extra towels in the closet, so didn't...
