The front desk manager Andy was so helpful and great he upgraded our room for free and apologized for hotels.coms’ mistake. It was very busy this weekend but everything worked out. Appreciative to the hotels quick problem solving. "

"We loved staying at the quality inn when we stay in Detroit Lakes 5 times a year. But the last three times we stayed the water slides and hot tub have been out of order. Which is the man reason we used to stay here. The staff has always been amazing and breakfast is great. But with five kids, we are always so disappointed to show up and the slides and/or hot tub aren’t working. "

"We had received towels from the housekeeper. When I went to use the bath towels after my shower they were full of long black hairs. I got them on my face and body when drying off. They were also in the tub. Disgusting!!! We had the manager call and got no where with a reasonable compromise as he told us we booked it with a third party(Expedia)."
