"It would have been helpful to know in advance about the large conerence taking place during our time there as it took over the space in a pretty invasive way and on Monday, 4/15, there was only one place for our kids to eat at and we had just eaten dinner there the night before. Despite the restaurant saying it was closing at 1pm that day, it was not open at 12pm. "This is obviously an old property but very clean in the rooms as well as the grounds. Pool was great! Air conditioning was cold! We would stay here again:-)"

"Given the very limited options in Key Biscayne, this is a decent choice for budget minded folks. I was nervous reading some of the reviews, but I found the property clean, outlets worked and the AC was excellent. It is definitely an older property that could use some updates, but the staff was friendly and responsive once we arrived. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but if you want an inexpensive stay with beach access, this works well!"
