"Everything was wonderful at this property. The room was probably the best room we've ever stayed in. Very clean and the attention to detail was top notch! All of the staff were really helpful if we needed anything or had any questions.The breakfast was outstanding. The hot tub was clean, well taken care and the perfect temperature. Loved the sauna to! We will be back!"

The fact that the only refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser are in the service room downstairs is quite inconvenient; and the “hot tub” was outside of the building in the open area made it practically unusable during Colorado winter. "The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. "

"In all honesty we won't be back. The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...
