"The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful. The hotel is located across from a nice, wide bike and walking path that is parallel to the ocean. We flew in, we never needed a car.We stayed there five days and four nights and really liked the property.And the staff and the rooms were nice.The pool was nice and again.The shuttle to go downtown and be picked up and come back with awesome and shuttle to the airport"

"When I booked the room I asked for handicap, my 79 yo mother has knee issues and cannot walk a lot and has difficulty getting in the shower. I was denied when I checked in because they said there were no rooms available. I paid for a breakfast option to be told it did not include omelets and that was 20$ more. The bathroom was not clean and had a urine order I asked the manager to have someone deep clean the bathroom again when we were out, not only did she NOT clean the room but she stepped on...
