"Nice place"

"The resort staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing they have made a tropical oasis in the midst of a heavy thoroughfare and business area. We enjoyed being a bit away from the busy Duvall and seaport area. Our room (King Suite) had water and garden views. L’Occitane bathroom amenities. Attentive house and grounds keepers. "Location was close to the airport and close to the beach and an uber away from downtown. The beach was clean and beautiful. The resort does offer shuttles to downtown but we just couldn't coordinate timing. The resort pool, grounds and restaurant were excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. There were no real closets, the surfboard with hooks in the bathroom fell off the wall when we put a towel on it and the toilet kept having problems flushing, had to open the top of the tank to manually...

"The room was very nice and homey feeling. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast lunch and diner at the restaurant the Waite staff was very friendly and food was good. We enjoyed the shuttle that is offered the drivers were knowledgeable about the island and history. Jeffery was the best. We would definitely stay there again. "
