"Extremely good value for money in my opinion! The staff at the front desk were all very nice (and great nails- I'll ask where to go when i come back!). The cleaners worked around me sleeping in very late, and they really clean, sweeping the floor too. The facilities are brand new in 2025. Theres cheap laundry a block away, a 7-11, and despite being in such a busy area the room was quiet. I also found the bed quite comfortable. Bangkok is not as affordable as it used to be but I'll keep this on...

"I was disappointed at first glance, but once inside I was impressed with the large comfy bed, good shower (water pressure), stylish marble tile throughout, responsive staff, reasonably close enough to major Sukhumvit nightlife (about a 20 to 30 min walk), and safe neighborhood despite looking very seedy and gritty. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. "
