"I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice in one week while traveling to Texas for work. The first night I stayed was rough. The room was located right over the lobby and could hear conversations well until 2 o’clock in the morning. The second time my room was located further away from the lobby and it was quieter. The second room had a vent to the outside that every time somebody went outside to smoke, you could smell it in the room. The first time I was there I was in room 218. The second time I was there. I was in room 222. "

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they had us bring the soiled linens to the front desk which was really gross. They did not offer to remove the bedding, remake the bed, or help in any way. There was a small apology, but the overall response was underwhelming. The room had a funky odor that we thought went away with turning the fan on, but we realized our noses had just adjusted. Breakfast was decent, check in and out were fine. "

"bed was so hight I could not get in it. I would up stepping up on my suitcase. The front desk had no idea how to help getting in and out for the bathroom was a hassle. I recommend having a stool to help short people . the staff was nice but did not have a solution. "

"Had a fantastic stay. Was down in Baton Rouge for class and so glad we chose Bally's! Thank y'all for a great stay and a huge thanks to the valet parking for taking great care of my truck. You guys Rock!!"

"Internet great basketball court with clean pool breakfast my husband wished there would have been the waffles everyday pull out couch clean and comfortable loved that it's had a kitchen booked this due to our son's surgery very close to the groove hospital / surgery center walking distance to tx road house and pedros Mexican food Walmart many stores and the mall all right there perfect spot in our opinion we will use them again "

"I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). I WAS PLEASED AT THE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. I LOVED THE FRUIT THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY HOPE THAT NEXT YEAR, IF I COME THAT THERE WILL BE A PLACE TO DO LAUNDRY...
