"Staff was great Air conditioning was only in 1 room I booked a 2 bedroom apartment breakfast was very lack luster nothing to write home about needs improvement. The gym was a plus could be larger not much room to move around."

"Here are a few issues I had at the apartment 1. Noticed the door at the living room is always opened and a staff member can just barge in. It was like the living room is an extension of their office. I didn't appreciate it and tried enforcing privacy at some time and was told to just focus on my room. 2. I constantly had to remind the manager about internet disruption, electricity getting exhausted. If you are a business person, I would not recommend this apartment. 3. Janvier is a nice guy....

"Uniquely close in walking distance to convention center and Kigali heights shopping center. Clean and spacious rooms. Professional friendly stuff. Fun restaurant offing delicious local and international food options. Breakfast buffet provides many options."

"Foreign owned property. Rooms extremely small. Bedsheets clean but with holes. Smoking in rooms was allowed which I did not like at all. Stuff was friendly. Location safe. On site Asian convenient store. Restaurant only started breakfast at 7 so I could not eat before the airport. Onsite shuttle to airport included in services"

"The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. "

"I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments.
