"Lovely large rooms. Clean. Very comfy beds. Only downside heating in room wasn’t working. A need in the winter. Big shout out to the staff each and every one of them polite professional and can’t do enough for you. "

"Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting"

"The location was great. We felt like royals staying in a castle. We were treated like royals as well. The dining experience was great. Breakfast was delicious as we ate at sunrise over the loch. The Christmas decorations were very special. Overall would recommend over and over"

"Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. "We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient."

"This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away. "

"Everything about this hotel was lovely. The location is just fab and the décor delightful. Rooms are smart and the owners so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel it was so handy close to the centre the centre just 4 minutes walk and there was ample parking too. Finally before you leave take your camera and head upstairs to the lounge area you will get the most amazing photos from the huge bay window looking out over the water. I'll definitely go back :-)"
