"朝食のアレルギー対応の食事があるか何度もメッセージを送ったが、返事が一切無かった。そして滞在前に事前チェックインのメッセージがホテル側から届いたが、旅行中で忙しい為（4室もあり対応に時間がかかることから）、ホテル到着時にチェックインする旨をメッセージしたが、また返事が無い。翌朝また事前チェックインのメッセージだけ送られて来て、仕方なく忙しい中、事前チェックインを行った。ホテルに到着すると、すぐに鍵が渡される訳ではなく、またチェックイン作業があり、非常に手間がかかるホテルだった。スタッフも快い対応では無かったことが、せっかく良いホテルに宿泊したはずが、残念な点だった。朝食は大変素晴らしく、朝食のスタッフの対応だけは良かったことが救いとなった。"

"The hotel was very nice! The rooms were very clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast, which was buffet style so you could get exactly what you want. The only negative part is that there was no air conditioning and our room was very warm, but that is to be expected in Ireland. Overall, it was very, very good."

"We had a one night stay here on our way to Dublin. The hotel has a beautiful foyer and the reception staff member was very welcoming. Our room was spacious and faced the complimentary car park. We were surprised by the lack of air conditioning and absence of a bar fridge. Maybe this had something to do with our room rate. Included buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. "We only stayed here for one evening on our way back from our Irish coast tour. We were surprised that the rooms were in such bad shape, because the reviews were so good. The bathroom was not in good shape, the carpet was falling apart, the water would not get hot, and the water in the shower was backfilling.
