"The staff really got to know you and they were so friendly and kind, but also stayed professional. They greeted us with fresh juice, showed us the room and how the shower works and how to use the air conditioning. They were on top of everything and met our needs. They arranged for a car to pick us up to take us to the airport at 4. They let us check out around 12-1 and kept our bags safe before we were picked up. If I am back in Moshi, I will definitely stay again. "

"Overall, a nice stay. Beautiful views of Kilimanjaro from rooms. They made an effort to ensure our honeymoon was celebrated. Beds were very uncomfortable though (much too hard). This has been referenced by others. Dinner and breakfast was OK - choice and quality was limited due to everything being taken from the farm. We were shown around the farm and my wife was quite distressed to see the condition of some of the livestock. We mentioned to staff member showing us around and she was quite dismissive saying she was sure someone would have a look at it, but we were not convinced."

"Absolutely love this property and it was EXACTLY what i needed after a week long trek up Kilimanjaro. Very relaxing atmosphere with a health-vibe. Masseuse on premises made it very convenient. The food menu at restaurant was also very good. Location is very close to Moshi town (about 15min drive - though if you stay here, you really dont need to go into town - Moshi is very disappointing). Only con was the very spotty wifi. "

"This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place"
