We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort...

The location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help. The spa provided extremely reasonably priced massages. We had arranged transfer to the airport through the hotel and when the flight time had been changed we were able to alter this at very short notice via email exchange which minimised stress. Would highly recommend!

Great location in Hanoi! Beautiful hotel…infact stunning! Good pool/outside bar area on roof. Amazing staff: so attentive. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight’s timing. We were prepared to sit and wait in the lobby but they put us in the spa so we could sleep on beds: so kind. Thank u Minh! The room was really good & the breakfast buffet had everything, with really diligent staff! I could not fault this place!
