"Phenomenal hotel!! From the moment I walked in my room, I knew that this would be preferred choice for my next Chicago area visit. Great staff, especially the restaurant staff!! Beautiful property. "Staff was AWESOME! When I checked in there were two women at the desk, both were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean. The location is highly walkable and feels safe. I selected a city view room and was able to check in a little early."

"Cute rooms, comfy bed, nice mini bar. Bathroom a little small and dated- carpet and furniture a little stale and uncomfortable. But cute baseball/ Cub decor. No breakfast and no bar. "

"Went to a show at the Salt Shed and this was an easy 10 minute walk to the venue. Valet parking is $45 (so $50/55 with tip), but we used Spot Hero to find a nearby garage for $15 overnight parking. The breakfast was amazing; they typically have certified gluten-free options, but were out during our stay. However, our child with celiac was able to eat a yogurt bowl with fruit. Great experience overall!!! Will totally be staying again next time we go to a show at the Salt Shed."
