"It's a wonderful property a stones throw from all the neighborhoods for local shopping and dining. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The booking process is a little tedious but don't let that put you off. They are actively working to make sure all their guests have a pleasant and quite experience. We stayed in a lovely room with a small patio. It was very relaxing. We found the parking to be pretty easy."

"Great bang for you buck! For they money, you really can't go wrong. As long as you want for breakfast is cereal, I would recommend it. They could offer more for the continental breakfast but again, when you compare to other area hotels, you can't really argue with these guys that they shouldn't feel obliged to offer a full breakfast at the excellent rates they charge."

"The kiosk check in is beyond stupid. It took FOREVER. Almost a half hour just to check in. I’ve never stayed anywhere where this is the standard. There was somebody at the front desk the entire time. Why can’t a real person just check me it?"

"Parking was easy, and there were several nearby locations for food and amenities. However, there was no deadbolt lock for the door, the wifi didn't work, there was no cleaning service, and I found drug paraphernalia under my mattress. Clearly, this motel is for a certain clientele, and I just didn't fit there. Good location; not a great space."

"Nice rooms, wonderful beds and pillows. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so one shower turned the whole room into a foggy sauna! And there were three of us that had to take showers in there. The parking situation is creepy and not very handy. You have to bump your suitcases down a flight of stairs to get into the hotel from the parking garage. That was difficult for us because we were three girls with a lot of stuff. The hotel personnel were very nice and very accommodating in getting us extra...

"The most surprising thing about this hotel is that it came with a washer dryer which was fantastic as I’ve been travelling for about a month and it was really wonderful to have that service. Plus it’s a very quirky hotel in the best way love the Clock collection!"

"I stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Pillows were flat, but stacking them helped. Shower was clean and the water was nice and hot. All amenities in the room were clean and worked as well. I saw a few makeup spots on the bathroom wall, the door had a handprint. I came from California and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chicago."

"What a treasure hidden on a quiet street close to the lake and boystown. Charming facility with attentive, warm, professional staff. Parking is available for an extra fee and its well worth not searching for on street parking. It's going to be my go-to hotel from now on!"
