"Date hotel with new hotel prices. We stayed for an event and the door to the room you can hear everything in the hallway. 1 elevator working and just felt very OLD and not worth the price we payed. We had food at the boathouse which was no better than chilis all the food was tasted prepackaged and not fresh at all. I would not stay here again as there are too many new hotels that would’ve been better for the price we paid. "

"Self parking $58 valet $62 is not reasonable. Water in the pool was so cold you cannot go in. They say heated but that wasn't the case impossible. We crossed the street to a competitor and joined friends at their heated pool."

"The room was very clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast at the reef76 kitchen and bar was not great due to options (Buffet) being limited and food was cold but the staff were friendly. The parking/valet service at Omni was the worst in my opinion because as guests of the hotel parking shouldn’t be that expensive $68 per day when there is a free parking spot just 3mins away. Well I decided to go park at 3mins away spot which turned out to be a good walk to see spots around the hotel to explore. "
