"Well situated just off the canal and a short (mostly pedestrianised) walk from shops, bars and restaurants and Paddington Station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was incredibly quiet and dark and well air-conditioned. The attention to detail lets it down. Little things like how dirty it is under the beds, the lack of any hooks in the pool area, coffee mugs in the room that don’t fit in the Nespresso machine etc add up to undermine what could be a really classy choice minutes...

"The best part of staying at this hotel was the breakfast that was provided. It was good and had lots of options. The hotel is down the street from the Waterloo Tube Station and there are some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. However, while we were there, the internet and air conditioning was continually down which was very frustrating. Our room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. While some of the staff were helpful, not all of them were. I was travelling with my senior father and some...

"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"
