Great place to stay for a break away

Great location...access to 4 beaches within max ten min drive or 20 min walk. Amenities close by. Accommodation spacious and comfortable well cared for n perfect for family of 4 n Dog.

From when we first entered the property you can instantly see how clean it is it was extremely easy to get settled in and make use of the facilities again everything was to a high standerd and clean through out the whole property we did t get to use the garden or hot tub unfortunately due to the wether but other wise we definity would have will definity be recommending to family and friends and we are already looking at booking our next stay. Can not recommend enough.

What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. It's a lovely quiet location but still close to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the ensuite bathroom really gives it the wow factor. Theresa is a great host. We actually had a problem with the smoke alarm on our first night, completely out of her control, but she got it sorted straight away with great communication. I'd recommend this bungalow as a home from home to anyone visiting Norfolk.

Well placed and comfortable

Well placed for the North Norfolk beaches. Has plenty of space for parking out front, is detached with a private and secure rear garden. The hot tub is slow to fill, advice is to plan 30 mins ahead when you want to use it. The bins in bathroom and bedroom had not been emptied. Also found a baby’s dummy under the bedside table. This marred what was otherwise a clean house. Also, be prepared to take your own bedding and towels or pay a fairly substantial surcharge for them being supplied.
