Wow, we rented this accommodations for Jamaica carnival and was very lucky. It was 5 minutes away from the Bob Marley Museum. 10 minutes from Devon house, the best ice-cream in Jamaica. It was very centrally located where we weren't far from anything. The unit itself is spotless and clean. It was a very well kept unit. QUICK callout to please call them 72 hours in advance to give them the heads up that you're checking in. That was the only quirky step. The unit also had a washer and dryer.

Good apt for business traveler & reliable driver.

Spent a night here just to take care of some visa requirements the following morning. This apartment is very close to the US Embassy. The driver picked me up a the airport, at the apartment to the embassy and back to the airport. Nice apartment and overall professional staff.

Home away from home

They have everything to make us feel at home. We had a get together for my birthday. I guess I did not read the no party disclaimer on hotels.com and the manager was not amused with the about of trash bags. We apologize once again for that. For what it is worth the apartment is nice and we had a very good stay.

Very Central near US Embassy & Bob Marley Museum

The unbeatable location to visit the city center, the large but sitll cozy apartment was very practical with everything you need to spend a few days. Parking was a little complicated come 10pm when everyone is in their apartment but we were recommended by the host to park to the side of the building if the lot every gets full.The guy who attend to the grounds was very nice, he gave us many recommendations.

Bar none, the best vacations ever. The property is extremely central to everything Kingston. If you plan to go see things like Bob Marley Museum, do not rent a car, just use taxis around the city. In fact you can walk to the museum and the US Embassy. Renting a car is NOT cheaper and it is hard to drive in Jamaica if you are from the US and drive on the other side of the street. The staff was amazing (thanks Vicky) and the food prepared by our hired house lady was excellent as well. I will be back for carnival 2020.

When my family and I were trying to decide where to stay In Ocho Rios It was hard try to find a private villa that had a nice pool for the kids. My Wife found and boy am I glad she did. The Kids got the pool that they wanted and my wife and I were able to relax In a beautiful villa. The location is in a private gated community which gave me a great peace of mind. Here I dident have to deal with the over crowding Of the pool like other places. My family an I really enjoyed our stay at _______________. I thing we officialy found our new vacation home. This place comes Highly recomended.

If a hotel is what you are considering you will get a better bang for your buck at this apartment. If you have to have room service this one may not be for you because maid service is a paid expense which we paid for and had someone make beds for us and cook local delicacies. Pound for pound I would say an apartment is just a far better deal than a hotel and this is one of the nicer apartment I have rented in Kingston.

The is beautiful and what made our stay even better is our experience from the moment we booked. Kevin reached out to us and the communication was constant. We really needed it because this was our first trip to Kingston. The location is perfect, close enough to the shopping and restaurants but secluded enough to dim the noises from the streets. Absolutely loved this place!

Great for Business Travel

Close to the US and Chinese Embassy which is what was central to us for the trip, The apartment was as seen on the internet. The staff we very knowledgeable and instrumental in helping us to setup all our arrangements including shuttle service. Highly recommended.

Comfortable Beds

Second time staying here. Well kept apartments, clean beds, fast WiFi and cold AC. I think it is equally as good for a business travelers as it is for families on vacation. The staff is resourceful and professional. The location is central to New Kingston. The should have been me second review but we all have busy lives. This property deserve two thumbs up.
