"Pros: Parking was easy, very clean rooms, and it was quiet. Cons: Downside was the pool and hot tub are closed, it says, until July 18th, 2026. I specifically booked this place months in advance for their pool and hot tub, so that was a let down. Nothing special about the rooms, they are very standard."

"We stayed in a yurt. It was very comfortable for three people. A bunk bed and one-man cot were provided. Bring your own bedding. (We liked the fact that it had a small fridge, coffee machine, heater, and fan. The designated grill for the yurt was a PLUS for cooking/grilling purposes. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. We appreciated the staff who took the extra care to keep them clean. They literally would scrub the showers daily. The WIFI in the LODGE was a great feature so you could...

"Room was beautiful. Dining was awful. Bland food and terrible service. Front desk was not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Went on the onsite hike and trail was not well marked. Off duty employees said they hadn’t gotten around to the t yet. Very underwhelmed by the resort"

"Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. "
