"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! "The room is spacious and clean, the view to the nature is fantastic. Staffs are friendly. It pays attention to culture and traditions. Love the dinner as well. One thing can be improved, the amenities can upgrade to a better shower head or hair dryer. With this level of hotel, I would expect a better quality of the amenities. Surprised to see a very basic and old shower head and hairdryer. But other than this little things, I love everything of this hotel. Would definitely recommend if you prefer a quiet place to stay with lots of nature around it."

"I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination."
