The receptionist was very good; incredibly friendly, speedy and welcoming.

Burleigh Court Hotel
Room was fine, housekeeping didn’t always refresh the teabags which was frustrating and the room service food was overdone and lukewarm by the time it was delivered, which was disappointing. Staff were mainly friendly and helpful although bar staff were abrupt and on one occasion rude.

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Airport NEC by IHG
The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good.

Booked on the day and all emails and text are not set up for this. Not receiving check in details. Phoned the office and she was rude just telling me it was my fault and I should read the email sent.
