"We stayed in a 2 room villa. Pull out sofa bed had bugs in it and the room was infested with huge cockroaches
Staff was very unhelpful and disorganized. I had to pack my kids up and leave . Ruined our vacation along with all the money wasted on groceries. Never again"

"When i checked in i was given an upgrade from a room to a suite, it was spacious, fridge,microwave,kitchen, TV's in both living room and bedroom. The room was clean well kept, the room service did an excellent job of cleaning daily. The breakfast was standard, the pool was great , the lake view was beautiful, the location to disney very close , shuttle service provided timely to all theme parks.
