"Although we were only in our room for 12 hrs due to an early departure, the room, amenities and proximity to the airport were excellent. We had a nice meal in the dining area and a separate beverage up in the sky lounge. We would definitely recommend staying here if proximity to the airport is a necessity. "

"cushions soft,bed hard,Never changed the linen ,No water on arrival had to ask a few times was told no more left!,Breakfast was good ,No English language movie or such channels on Tv not even with subtitles,carpet had some stains on it, Rather a distance from all the attractions but trains,trams just outside the door that can get you to anywhere

"10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment...

Getting around is easy as there is a tram stop within 30 yards and a Metro station 5 minutes walk away.

"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip.
The staff are terrific with good English, breakfast I thought was excellent. My daughter used the gym each...
