Very nice staff. Helped alter a reservation issue quickly. Very convenient to Shinjuku station by underground tunnels.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation.
