"We didn't really interact with any staff at this hotel so it's hard to review, but the room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. The location was close enough to the train station that it made traveling around fairly straightforward and with young kids it was invaluable to have a laundry machine in the actual room. If you're looking for a self-serve experience over a traditional hotel, this is a great option! "

"Excellent stay. Great location near Namba Station. Apartment was clean, modern, roomy. There's construction going on next door during the workdays, but we were generally not in the unit during those hours so it wasn't a bother. The reception area and staff were lovely. Would stay again!"
