"My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The bus stop is across the street so it was great for travel to the main places like Shibuya. We enjoyed our time there excellent place for a family of five or even for single people "

"Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. "

"This was an excellent location for our short holiday and we were really pleased to move between here and their other hotel in Kyoto. Be aware that the stairs really are quite steep so if you’re not nimble then this might not be the place for you but in terms of location, it was really nice. It also doesn’t have much of a kitchen so don’t expect to do any cooking, however realised excellent Ramen in Tokyo is but a walk away! "

"1 train stop away from everything you need - or a 15-20min walk! Wouldn't have been ideal if you're heading in and out a lot but we were out one in the morning and back at night and it was great. "

"if you try to visit tokyo, if you stay near to asakusa i really recommend Remon House Asakusa Tokyo.the room are pretty nice and big,easy to check-in and the most important it’s close to asakusa station so you don’t have to walk that much :) good experience "
