"Stayed here during the marathon week/weekend and it was a game changer vs a hotel. There were 3 of us including my husband and daughter, and the space was perfect. Our daughter slept in the loft above so had plenty of privacy. We had an extra bedroom with the bunks. Admittedly it might get a little tight with more than 5 people, but it worked great for us with 3….we had more than enough space. Two bathrooms, two showers, a kitchen to cook in for the marathon, and washer/dryer combo, and nice...

"Listing very accurate. There was no elevator so thankfully we were on the 1st level. Check in was smooth - expect communication on the day of trip. Place was small for 3 people (futon pulls out) and luggages but the clothing dryer in washroom was very handy. As some others have noted, there is a slight sewer smell but strongest in washroom. Outside was fine! Close to oshiage station and Tokyo skytree"

"The room was clean, bed were super comfortable, once you got hang of the ac it gives the perfect heat, water pressure and hot water was great, stove made a little noise when in use. Loved the extra mini pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect it was in the middle of everything of what we wanted to do in Japan. Also love all the restaurants all around and the family mart and 7 eleven is just around the corner. The train station is only about 4 5-8 min depending on which station you take...
