"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"Hotel Aima was a great place to spend 4 days in Tokyo. Large room including a queen bed, kitchenette, washer/dryer, dining table and sofa. Staff were very helpful. Only 100 m to the steps to Ueno Station, which easily connects to practically anywhere. A few minutes extra walk and you access the local markets or the large gardens & zoo."

"We stayed at Illi Nuta Shinjuku. They switched us from Illi Tas Shinjuku because apparently something needed to be done on the property. At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive. Once on property, check in was very smooth. We were able to email management and they responded very promptly and took care of our issues. Amongst other...

"客室は綺麗でしたしお風呂やその他の設備も十分満足でした。 ベッドの部屋は良かったのですが和室の敷布団がペラペラで腰が痛くなるくらい酷かったです。 そこだけ改善されれば十分満足できる施設だと思います。"

"I stay for few days. Check in was easy there was a online customer service person took pictures of our face and passport. Room has one queen bed and one sofa bed which is kinda pain every day to open and close the sofa bed. Check out was easy just put the sign outside the door for check out. Over all room was good with kitchen microwave fridge and small washing machine."
