In a country known for compact accomodations, our sixth floor unit offered plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax."

"Lots of good points: clean property, nice apartment block, great traditional restaurants nearby and located close to Zoshiki station (takes about an hour to most places, but note Zoshiki is not served by the fast trains). Some less good points: quite expensive for what you get, can be noisy because of the main road (as others have noted), sparsely equipped and the rooms weren't quite as shown in the photos (no sofa, bed not at one end of the living room). "

"Highly recommend for a stay in Tokyo! Family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Had all the amenities. Two bedrooms and we got our own bed! Great location, walkable to Shinjuku area but in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in and out was so smooth, we got in later after a long delayed flight and it was all very easy. Loved our stay here."

"This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...

"Listing very accurate. There was no elevator so thankfully we were on the 1st level. Check in was smooth - expect communication on the day of trip. Place was small for 3 people (futon pulls out) and luggages but the clothing dryer in washroom was very handy. As some others have noted, there is a slight sewer smell but strongest in washroom. Outside was fine! Close to oshiage station and Tokyo skytree"
