"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"Can't say enough good things about this place. Cheaper but way bigger than other hotels I've been to in Tokyo. Very new. Very clean. Bathroom looks great. Has a kitchen. Has a washing machine. Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again."

"To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. "
