"Untuk Kamar bersih, dan luasnya untuk ber 4 sedikit ok. Untuk taruh koper lumayan sempit. Bantalnya keras banget jadi tidur kurang nyaman. Untuk kamar mandi bersih, tapi gak ada heater di dlm kamar mandi jadinya dingin banget. Tidak dapat amenities lengkap, hanya ada sabun cuci tangan, sabun mandi, shampoo & conditioner, sikat gigi bayar. Untuk staff resepsionis ramah, walaupun kendala di bahas english tetapi mereka tetap berusaha untuk membantu. "

"This hotel is right smack in the middle of three train stations but almost 1km from each. Rooms were clean and laid out exactly like Monday Hotels. Only negative was the pre/check in process. I was unable to check in with the cloud based link provided on the way to Tokyo. When we arrived at the front desk, I was surprised that the attendant had no way of looking up the reservation. He provided a QR code and I had to perform all of the check in procedures online. It was a bit strange but I guess...

"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"Travel in March 2026. We are a family of 4. The stay was wonderful! The room was clean and organized and there was easy and clear communication with staff. The room was larger than expected with a full kitchen and laundry. The area is walkable to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We did several small loads of laundry and had no issues operating the appliances with the QR code provided to us at check in. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean and warm. Would stay here again!"
