"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive. "The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, and is quiet and convenient. There are two grocery stores close by, along with some nice restaurants within a short walking distance. There is also a McDonald’s nearby, in addition to numerous convenience stores (7/11 and Family Mart). The room was a bit small, but made up for it with a lot of features.
