"Great stay but I have some complaints. staff was very nice.Check-in was absolute chaos and no one knew where to go. We had a premium room but checkin instructions did not tell us such, and we stood in the wrong line for 40 mins. We were supposed to check-in on the 32nd flood since we had a club room. Our room was very nice overall. View was amazing. However, the room was very dusty and there were dead bugs all over the windows and in the lights. The floor in the bathroom was heavily damaged....
