"They don't allow people to eat at the lobby. All the staff seem very nice and professional. The Hotel is clean and quiet in the bedroom. I ask the hotel staff to sign a paper which I need to get a cash refund from JAL airline which canceled my flight. JAL would compensate for the hotel stay. The first staff refused, he said he would not do that. I asked another staff in the morning, and she was very nice and she signed the paperwork.
