Overpriced for what it is. Spend less and go to a hostel, or more for a better hotel. Terrible rooms, open ceilings, very hot, not good. Booked for 5 days and didn’t even stay for 1 it was so bad.

Do not come here. It’s not worth 15-30 a night. Pay a little more for a hotel or less for a hostel. No ac, open ceiling so you can hear 8 people sleeping. Terrible bed, terrible pillows and bad service. I didn’t even stay 1 night and booked for 5.

I hardly slept on my 3 night stay. The pictures show it as a private room but there is no ceiling so you are technically in a cubical sharing a room with 8 other very loud people. The noise was completely unreasonable and I will never stay at this property again. The slamming of the doors, crunching wrappers, coughing at 3am made me want to leave as soon as possible. The bed and pillows are made of fake leather and blankets and towel must be rented for a daily fee. Worst place I have stayed in Japan by far. I wish I could get my money back

朝食メニューは新鮮でとてもおいしかったです。 うどんとカレー🍛もとてもおいしかったのでおかわりもしました。部屋もいこごちよくゆっくり過ごせました。今回、初めての利用で分からない事もありましたがスタッフさんの丁寧な対応に感謝します。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの方も丁寧で、共用部も清潔感があり、心地よく滞在できました。フリードリンク・フリーフードのコーナーは大変ありがたいです。マナーの悪い利用者が少しいたので、使い捨てカップや使い捨て食器の無駄遣いが気になりました。利用者の人達の気遣いも必要ですよね…。全体的に満足できる施設です。お世話になりました。

お世話になりました。 コスパが良くとても整備された施設なのですが、暖房が弱く寒いうえに、男性用共用洗面台は5台全てお湯が出ませんでした。シャワーは問題ありませんでした。 冬場にお湯の出ない洗面台は、古いスキー場のロッジを思い出させられます。 また朝食の焼きたてパンは4～5種類のパンが夫々20個程焼きたてで並べられていきます。とても人気のようなのですが、暫く10人以上が並んでいる中で、後に並んでいる人目も気にせずに何枚も皿を抱え好きなだけ持って行ってしまいます。日本語ではなかったので外国人が感じました。 朝食を楽しみにしている、小さな子供たちもいる中で、日本のホテルとしてもう少しマナーを表現しては如何でしょうか？ 「焼き上がりに時間が掛かるので、一回に取るパンは、一人○個まででお願いします。」で良いと思います。 正直見苦しい光景でした。 もちろん他のホテルでも見たことのあるインバウンドによる争奪戦ですが、日本のホテルとしての品格を、もう少し保っていただきたいです。 将来を背負う日本の子供たちの為にも。

音が響く。ドア、ハンガー、机。 午前1時過ぎに女性フロアに男性が宿泊。大騒ぎで荷物整理か探し物している様子。眠ったようだが 物凄いイビキ、耳栓なんて全く効かず。

カレーもうどんも、朝食のパンも、いつでも飲めるフリードリンクはありがたかったです。 明るくて、音楽も流れていて居心地は良かったです。 ありがとうございました😊 しかし夜遅くに到着したせいか、女性スタッフの無愛想に驚きました。 フロントはサービス業だと思っていましたが、格安宿泊施設だからなのか、クールに決めているのか分かりませんが驚きました。 フロントの人だけではなく朝食の時もスタッフの対応に問題はありませんが、笑顔のないスタッフには終始驚きでした。 施設は別に問題なく使用させてもらいました。

隣が男性でイビキはうるさい、ドアの開け閉めはうるさい、朝早い時間からガタガタうるさい、壁の天井側が空いているので安全面も微妙、トイレも汚いままにしている利用者がいて、こういうスタイルの宿泊施設を初めて利用しましたが、私には無理。 値段高くてもビジネスホテルに泊まろうと改めて思いました。 良い点は、軽食、ドリンク無料は有り難かったです。
