10/10 Excellent
"Amazing stay!!! Unfortunately the Godzilla head was under construction which was a bummer but I loved staying here and if I’m back in Japan I’m coming back here! Rooms were small but very functional and comfortable! "
"I recently stayed in April 2025 everyone was nice and very helpful. I felt safe in the area at night when I explored the city being out til 12am. It’s convenient the train station wasn’t far at all I love that I wasn’t far from Shibuya or Shinjuku or Akihabara I love Japan going back😊💕"
"The customer service is way above beyond. My husband’s knee was hurting when we came to Tokyo, the staffs at the hotel were so helpful in assisting my husband."
"Every was great , amenities are excellent . Only complaint is about bey to Small and pillow are really bad . Tv option for English speakers guests are almost none . Control remote ata in Japanese . If you like to Watch any tv ? Forget about it .!"
"This place was incredible! It was super convenient, right next to different transportation lines. It was like a central hub, making it easy to get to everything I wanted to see. In addition to that, the food options and staff were great. I’d recommend checking out Midtown BBQ too. It’s right next door. Don’t let the quiet building nextdoor fool you. There’s a 711 there open 24 hours a day. Same building as the bbq. "
"Amazing experience at a high-rise ryokan. As explained to us, a ryokan is traditionally an inn in Japan. At the Hoshinoya, this translates into a large common area with an assortment of tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7.
Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Service was friendly and reliable. The hot springs on the roof is a unique amenity.
In sum, yes, you should stay here."
