"Originally we only planned to stay here one night but airline cancellations required us to stay an additional three nights. Staff at the hotel were able to accommodate our needs and actually provided a room upgrade. There is some construction going on that affected parking but everything else was great. "Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Nur einen Kleiderschrank haben wir auch dieses Mal vermisst. Das Personal ist sehr nett, schön ist auch, dass man die Möglichkeit hat, im Hotel für isländische Verhältnisse zu einem angemessenen Preis sehr lecker zu essen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"We booked a room specifically advertised as having a private bathroom and a bathtub. Upon arrival, we were informed that the photos on Expedia were “incorrect” and that only one room in the entire property actually had a tub — and it was already occupied. This was not a minor detail. The bathtub was the reason we selected and paid for this room type. We were offered “free breakfast” as compensation, which was confusing since breakfast is already advertised as complimentary in the lobby....
