"We were very happy with our room. It was spotless and very clean! There is a washer in the suite. We were hapoy to be able to clean our clothes before packing for our next destination. The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing. The instructions provided were good only for people driving in. "The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts...
