"We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 "

"We got to the hotel a few minutes past check-in which was 3pm. I reserved two rooms and when we go to the rooms one of the rooms is not ready the other was being cleaned. I go back down they give me a new room. I go up and that new room is trashed and not cleaned. So we had to wait for the room to be cleaned which took about 45 minutes. Other than the very nice and accommodating receptionist the staff was rude. Then one of the bathroom LIGHTS was leaking water and the shower ceiling was caved...

"The staff was absolutely amazing! The man that checked us in was very friendly and informative. The cleaning staff was so sweet and kind and the manager was very helpful and even offered to allow us to check out late so we could shower after running our marathon!! Which we were extremely grateful for so we didn’t have to drive 3 hours home stinky! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! "

"This place is terrible. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom was gross. Tv didn’t work. Pool is destroyed. I read the reviews and thought people were exaggerating. If you’re homeless and need a place to stay this is it."

"I booked this room 8 months in advance and get there about 2 hours after the official check-in time for my arrival date. They said they overbooked the hotel (I had reserved 2 queen beds) and that they are out of my room selection. They offered 2 King rooms at no cost but I wasn’t putting my 14 year old in a room by herself and they weren’t connected. All hotels in the area were booked so we ended in a King room with a rollaway bed that was made for a toddler. If I booked 8 months in advance,...

"Property is very dated, smelled like smoke and weed in hallways and foyer. Not suitable for families."

"The photos of the motel on line are not the pictures for the motel. There was mold in our room, several walls in the facility were crumbling, the hallway smelled of mold, cigarette smoke and weed. The breakfast looked horrible and would not attempt to eat. I will never stay at this location. Definitely a horrible experience."

"The property was well maintained. The property was, geographically, well located. However, there were no pool towels on a consistent basis over the course of my stay. There was a 60 to 90 minute wait time to eat at the lodge's restaurant due to, according to the front desk personnel, lack of "servers". There was a LOT of loud and obnoxious teenagers running amuck, talking in loud, outside voices, slamming doors, etc. 'til late hours. It was just a bad stay."
