"The room had great AC. Front desk person very nice although check in process was prolonged. We arrived rather late around 10 pm and front desk said they had to check if the room was clean which seemed odd. The carpets were stained inside the room and out which was unappealing."

"1) Never responded to requests in text via Expedia last night - and, couldn't get them by phone (my phone an issue getting through London at airport, 2) took a long time to get a person at the desk when I got there, 3) Ordered dinner when I got there - took a long time to get food, 4) Hallway needed to be vacuumed (midnight and this morning as well), 5 kids were very loud midnight from the next room, 6) the best part was I did get sleep and the next morniong the bus to LHR Terminal 3 only cost...

"Did not explore the hotel as arrived late and left early. Hotel had a wedding on so was busy but the place seemed nice."

"This is the fourth time we've stayed at this hotel ahead of an early flight and the experience has always been excellent. The food at the restaurant is always really good, the staff are very helpful and always happy to go the extra mile and the location is very hand for all terminals at Heathrow. We'll definitely return."

"Excellent breakfast. Well stocked and cleverly laid out kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There are two public buses that go from a stop at the edge of the property to Heathrow Central Bus Sation (CBS) two stops away every 10-15 minutes. Just tap a card and go. Don’t waste your money on a taxi or special shuttle"
