"We couldnt leave our bicycles in the room. Nothing on website says so. The guy at the counter was rude. I suggest never going there. Sketchy and police were there when we got there. Notvsure what was going on. "

"This is a hotel with lots of character in a building that's historical. It has beautiful decoration and art all around it."

"Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! "

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"First time staying here… location .. location… location.. stayed for a weekend for casino / pirates game… this place is PERFECT… free valet parking rooms were pricey… however can’t beat the location along with amenities. Free breakfast was simple but useful…. Great staff, rooms well maintained. Will stay here again. "

"The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise,...

"Everyone in the staff was super friendly and helpful. You could tell they all took pride in what they did. We loved having lunch on the patio and would've used the indoor pool if we had been there a little longer. The location was great and we appreciate the other details they incorporated to making it an eventful stay like the kickback hour, the popcorn, and having a fountain drink station."

"Toilet seat was missing a screw and was loose and hanging. Bed was so old I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch . Tub stopper was broke so when you took a shower tub filled up - had to stick a plastic bottle in there to keep it open. Refrigerator ice maker was broken - NO ICE MAKERS ANYWHERE! Close to PNC is great but WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN ! "
