"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"I loved that the property had so many fun things to do. However we did not have toilet paper in our room. Our toilet paper holder was broken upon checking in. I felt that the game room closing at 9pm was challenging as people would like to gather and hang out during that time."

"When I called up the hotel I was told there is an EV charger in their garage however there wasn’t any. Other than that everything was nice."

"Corner suite with river view was awesome! There was a baseball game and you can see the stadium. Very happy with the stay would definitely come back! Very convenient location since we were going to show at Byham theater was able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. Lots of good options nearby."

"Would be nice if the towels and linens weren’t so old and worn. Okay if it were a mid-priced hotel but for $390 a night my hotel bedspread shouldn’t be dingy and the towels shouldn’t be crusty."

"We were expecting a pleasant stay at this hotel, but were quite disappointed. First, the wi-fi connection in our room was horrible. When it worked, it was very slow, but it continually kicked us off the Internet. We asked for help three times with no improvement. I had work that had to get done during the trip, so the poor service kept us from doing some of the things we wanted to do in Pittsburgh. Second, a vagrant pursued me in the hotel lobby.
