"Wonderful stop."

"Staff was helpful and nice, but I had to wait about 10mins to check-in as no one was at the desk at 10pm. Room was big but felt old and not well maintained. We had holes in our blanket, an awkwardly placed toilet with a weak flush, a shower with slides doors that almost came off, and noise from the plastic fitter of the air conditioning that kept smacking in the night from wind. Overall, we didn’t find any dirt or grime, but the property felt extremely dated and fragile in spots."

"A literal 2 minute walk from the St. Albans train station which is nice and convenient. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was your average run of the mill hotel breakfast, but better than nothing. Also they have complimentary coffee 24/7 which is fantastic. 10/10 would stay here again"

"It has been awhile since I had an opportunity to stay at BW in Plattsburgh but it is by far a well maintained hotel. Staff are all very helpful and polite."

"I found the sheets did not smell fresh, the windows were left open in the room. There was a lot of debris on the sheets when I pulled the covers back. The pool floor- I did not want to touch with my feet as there was a lot of grit on it. There were no towels in the pool area. This is my third time there and I don’t think I will be back."

"Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!"

"Sadly the pool area needed a good renovation, the hot tub brought in a fair amount of boiling water, which you could feel with your legs, and the shower had little pressure and heat. Breakfast was good but would of benefited from some fruits. 🍉 Sadly, not worth the price."

"There are ants in our room. The drain in the bathroom room 201 was clogged up. The carpets in the halls were gross. The spa was no functioning due to broken controls. The tub and floor were unclean. I would not use this hotel"

"Price are good really cheap , the brake feast as good option compared to others even if it’s a light one. Place needs to be updated !"
