"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. "We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. "The property was so well located. Hard to beat the location. Very secure boutique style which I Liked. Comfortable bed. Only minor thing was was the occasional flashing light from smoke alarm. They seem to be positioned above the bed but perhaps not in all rooms. A lot of different staff - some were better with knowledge and resources than others."

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "
